Mr. McElroy, the supervisor or manager himself came and assisted me. He walked me through the entire process. He provided me information about the different types of tiles and what would be best for my home. His team was courteous, respectful and expeditious with getting the job done. He explained the importance of reinforcing my floors before lying my tile to ensure the quality of the job would last the lifetime of the house.
